Overview

BillEase is a GST-ready invoicing app for small businesses. Create professional tax invoices, manage clients and products, and track who has paid, all from the phone and fully offline.

What It Does

• Business profile: company name, address, GSTIN and bank details, printed on every invoice
• Clients: add clients with GSTIN, contact details and address
• Product and service catalogue with HSN/SAC code, default price, unit and GST rate
• Tax invoices with invoice number, date, due date, items from the catalogue, discount and notes
• GST handled automatically: CGST and SGST for local supply, IGST for interstate supply
• Grand total in words on every invoice
• PDF invoices to share on WhatsApp, by email and more
• Payment tracking: mark invoices Unpaid, Partial or Paid, and record payments
• Dashboard and reports: total invoices, this month's billing, pending amounts and charts
• PIN lock to keep business data private

How It's Built

• Room database with separate tables for clients, products, invoices, invoice items and payments.
• MVVM architecture with Kotlin coroutines.
• PDF generator that renders the invoice layout, plus a number-to-words converter for the rupee total.
• Charts for reports use MPAndroidChart.

Status

Complete and installable as an Android app. Not yet published on Google Play.
