Overview

HydroTrack helps you drink enough water, with a personalised daily goal, quick logging and gentle reminders.

What It Does

• Personalised goal worked out from your weight (for example about 2,450 ml a day at 70 kg), or set your own
• Quick add: 150 ml, 200 ml, 250 ml, 330 ml, 500 ml, 750 ml, 1 L or a custom amount
• Animated progress circle showing the amount drunk and the amount remaining
• Today's log, where you can remove a mistaken entry
• Daily streak to build the habit
• Last 7 days chart with a weekly summary
• Reminders at an interval you choose

How It's Built

• Room database stores every water log entry.
• Reliable reminders: exact alarms fire at the chosen interval, and a boot receiver restores them after a restart.
• Custom views draw the progress circle and the 7-day bar chart.
• MVVM architecture with ViewModel and LiveData.

Tech Stack

Kotlin, Room, MVVM (ViewModel, LiveData), AlarmManager, WorkManager, custom Canvas views.

Status

Complete and installable as an Android app. Not yet published on Google Play.
